Alpha Gold is a mineral exploration company whose 100%-owned, royalty-free, Lustdust Property is advantageously situated with nearby road and rail access in north-central British Columbia. Lustdust consists of 20 contiguous mineral claims covering 9583 hectares and contains twelve known mineralized areas, of which the copper-gold-silver Canyon Creek Skarn Deposit has a NI 43-101 compliant resource. Alpha Gold Corporation has approximately 47.2 million shares issued and outstanding, 62.5 million fully diluted. Shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “ALQ”.

Executives

Carl J. Pines – Interim Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Pines holds a Bachelor of Sciences from McGill University, a Bachelor of Law from the University of British Columbia and attended the Stanford University Graduate Management Program. His areas of practice are Business & Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring. Currently an Associate Counsel with Owen Bird Law Corporation, Mr. Pines has been involved in commercial law his entire career as well as being a director of several private companies.

Having served as Director for twelve years and the Audit Committee Chair means no one is more knowledgeable about Alpha Gold’s history, nor is better prepared to take charge of the Company, than Carl Pines.

Natalie Whatley – Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Whatley has worked with Alpha Gold Corp. since it’s inception in 1990. Originally serving as the Corporate Secretary, she became Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Trained in Bookkeeping and Accounting, Natalie has expertly managed the office of Alpha Gold maintaining all office records and books including accounts payable, disbursement journal, general ledger, bank reconciliation, correspondence and banking. She has prepared and/or overseen all Quarterly documents including the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), the Company’s Interim Financial Statements, and all Annual General Meeting Information Circulars.

Prior to joining the Company, she worked in the private sector as an Office Manager. Her lifelong career in business coupled with her experience & knowledge of the Company’s history has proved to be an invaluable asset to Alpha Gold Corp.

Directors

Mary P. Webster

Ms Webster has 30 years’ experience in mining exploration including project generation and implementation, private and public company management, First Nations relations and corporate finance, and geological valuation and analysis. She practiced as a field geologist for both junior and major mining companies in Canada and served as Exploration Manager for Geddes Resources’ advanced copper gold deposit in northern British Columbia and as President of public company Liberty Mines Inc. she transitioned the company to become a nickel producer located in Timmins, ON.

Mary has founded and supported numerous private ventures in the mining sector and has served as a Mining Analyst for several financial institutions in Toronto. She received her BSc (Geol) from McMaster University, is a past Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association, and current member of the National Club and the Ticker Club in Toronto.

Carl J. Pines

Mr. Pines is an Associate Counsel with Owen Bird Law Corporation. He has been involved in commercial law for his entire career and has been lead counsel in numerous significant transactions ranging from acquisitions to lender workouts to securities placements.

Mr. Pines has a keen interest in business and attended the Executive Program in Business at Stanford University. He has been a director of several public companies and is currently a director of a number of private companies. He has taught Continuing Legal Education courses and was a contributing author on the subject of Corporate Finance in the B.C. Company Law Practice Manual.

Mr. Pines’ practice has centered upon structuring transactions ranging from joint ventures to public offerings. While he is not a specialist in mining ventures, he has been involved as legal counsel in connection with a number of mining related transactions involving diamonds, tungsten, gold, as well as base metals.

Joanne Ward

Mrs. Ward has consulted part time for Alpha Gold Corp. since 2001, joining the Company in 2009. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare and assist with the Company’s bookkeeping, accounting and quarterlies, including the Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), Joanne also provides executive support in several Company matters.

Joanne earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987. Prior to joining Alpha Gold Corp, she worked in the private sector serving as Office Manager of Gibbs/Nortac Ind. Ltd. for over 20 years. Experienced in several aspects of business including management, supervision, bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and graphic design, Joanne is a welcome addition to Alpha’s Board of Directors.
